Shani F Buchholz

Profile

Shani graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Anthropology. Upon graduation, she began working at Ukrop's Super Markets, Inc. and worked there for 20 years before joining the University of Richmond. She is currently pursuing a Master of Liberal Arts degree here at UR.

Shani's responsibilities include maintaining the OIE website, managing the Weinstein Grant program, coordinating UR's chapter of Phi Beta Delta, managing the OIE's general student assistants, monitoring the OIE's budget, and assuming the role as the Building Emergency Coordinator for the Carole Weinstein International Center, on top of many, many other duties.

In her free time, Shani enjoys writing, reading, and spending time with her husband, twin daughters, and incredibly spoiled pooches, Chester and Macy.
