Sara Rock
Administrative Coordinator
Sara joined the Office of International Education in February 2017 as the Administrative Coordinator. Sara supports the Office of International Education in compiling and presenting data for internal and external reports. Sara also manages a team of student assistants in handling the day-to-day needs of students, faculty and visitors.

Sara graduated from the College of William and Mary with a B.A. in International Relations and Chinese Studies. As an undergraduate, Sara studied abroad at Tsinghua University, and worked as a GIS instructor at Kathmandu University, collaborating with students and faculty of the Masters of International Development. After graduating, Sara worked at Beijing Normal University, teaching advanced English courses to students of the Han De School of International Business and Law. Over the course of her career, Sara has focused on providing professional development for students who plan to work or study abroad.

Sara can speak Mandarin and loves to eat a variety of Chinese dishes, especially Sichuan-style cuisine. In her free time, Sara likes to go on bike-rides, hikes and the occasional road trip.
