Embodying the spirit of the Richmond Promise, International Month (I-Month) is a University of Richmond student-led initiative that includes partnerships with various student organizations, schools, departments, and offices across the University. In November, the Richmond campus celebrates the diversity of its cultures, backgrounds, and nationalities through various cross-cultural educational and social events. Students, faculty and staff of all backgrounds and nationalities are encouraged to participate.

Monday, November 2
International Parade and Opening Ceremony
6-7:30 p.m. starting at the Forum and ending at the Carole Weinstein International Center
Gather with friends for an international flag parade, followed by sushi, samosas, dumplings, and cultural performances at the International Center! Celebrate the diversity of our campus community.
Thursday, November 5
I-Month Panel Discussion: Migrants or Refugees?
5-7 p.m. THC 346
Can the same group of people be both migrants and refugees? Come for a discussion on social justice, immigration, and refugee issues! Pizza will be provided.
