Profile
A recent graduate of the University of Richmond, Eli is thrilled to return to campus as the 2025–2026 International Education Fellow for International Student Engagement. At UR, he majored in Political Science, French, and Mathematics, and studied piano and trombone with the Department of Music. Eli recently completed a David L. Boren Scholarship for the Southeast Asian Flagship Languages Initiative in Vietnam, where he studied Vietnamese while living in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City. As a student, Eli studied abroad three times, through summer programs in Copenhagen and La Rochelle, France, as well as a semester in Prague.
Eli is passionate about helping fellow spiders make use of the great resources and opportunities available at UR, and he encourages everyone to pursue Study Abroad. He also encourages all international students to come meet with him for any advice concerning the UR and Richmond communities. In his free time, Eli likes play volleyball and piano, watch sports and movies, and plan his next trip.
