An essential part of a University of Richmond education, a semester — or even a full year — study abroad experience encourages deep engagement and global learning that is one of the cornerstones of International Education at UR. We offer a rich portfolio of over 75 study abroad opportunities that complement nearly all majors, minors, language study and research interests. While some advance planning is necessary, any academically qualified Richmond student has the option to study abroad for a semester or year.
