Health and Safety

All incoming international students must submit a Health History form with their application. This form must be returned by the specified date or you will not be allowed to register for courses or gain access to your residence hall.

Health Insurance
International degree-seeking students on non-immigrant visas and all visiting students (regardless of their immigration status) are automatically enrolled and billed for the health insurance plan offered by the University. Exceptions to this policy can only be made for degree-seeking students who meet certain criteria. Students may wish to share this information with their parents/legal guardians.
